When will my order arrive?
Depending on the shipping company chosen and the delivery person in charge, we provide a group of couriers based in major cities. Normally, it takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.
Is there delivery outside the country?
At the moment, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and in some cities specified on the delivery page.
You can request international delivery by contacting the store team via WhatsApp, providing information about the product’s weight and the prices of international carriers that are not yet registered in the store.
What if I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?
You must read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges.
In case of a defective product and if the return is accepted, the shipping cost of the company is calculated and refunded to the customer. However, the value of the product itself is not refunded to the customer according to the return policy.
I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers delivery service for bulk orders, and there is a discount between 10% and 20% on certain products. You can contact us directly through the contact page and inquire about the quantities.
