Return and Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging a product is a right of all our customers, and it applies to all the products we offer in our store.

All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.

Return within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number specified, so it can be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, defective, or not being used according to the agreement.

The full amount is refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.
